1. Personalization & Accuracy
- Because we are creating something unique just for you, accuracy is a team effort.
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all names, dates, photos, and messages provided are correct. We do not spell-check or proofread your custom entries.
- Image Quality: For photo gifts, the quality of the print depends on the resolution of the image you upload. We are not responsible for blurry or pixelated results from low-quality files.
2. Intellectual Property & Content
- Your Content: You represent that you own the rights to any photos or logos you upload. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing hate speech, copyrighted material you don't own, or offensive content.
- Our Rights: By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
3. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- The "Point of No Return": Due to the custom nature of our products, orders enter production quickly.
- Window: Cancellations or changes are only permitted within 1 Hour of order placement. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
4. Returns and Refunds
- This is the most critical section for custom e-commerce:
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized items are exempt from standard return policies. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or customer errors (typos, wrong size selected).
- Defects or Errors: If we made a mistake (we misspelled the name or the item arrived damaged), contact us within 24 Hour with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Production Time: Personalized items take longer. Please note that "Shipping Time" is in addition to our [e.g., 3-5 business day] production lead time.
- Delivery Estimates: While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
6. Color Variance
- Please note that colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and the printing process on different materials (wood vs. ceramic vs. fabric vs metal vs stone vs plastic).
