🎥 The "Golden Rule": Opening Video Required

To qualify for a resolution, you must record a package opening video. This allows our team to assess the merit of the claim fairly.

Single Clip: The video must be one continuous clip, unedited shot.

Timeframe: You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

No Video = No Claim: Please understand that without a full opening video, we cannot process replacements or refunds.
