Payment Policy

1. Accepted Methods of Payment

We aim to provide a seamless checkout experience. We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and RuPay.
  • Digital Wallets: Google Pay, PhonePe, and Paytm.
  • UPI: Direct bank transfer via any UPI-enabled app.
  • Net Banking: Available for all major banks.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Not Available

2. Pricing and Currency

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) but may exclude shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price will not change.

3. Payment Security

  • Your security is our priority.
  • All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your card details.
  • We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

4. Order Authorization & Verification

  • All orders are subject to payment authorization. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the payment is flagged by our security system.
  • In case of a "Payment Failed" status where money has been deducted from your account, the amount is typically refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped.
  • Refund Process: Once a refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [7–10] working days.
  • Transaction Fees: Please note that shipping fees  may be non-refundable.
